The Manufacturing Process
With over 20 years of manufacturing experience, the products are made
with an emphasis on quality at every aspect of manufacturing.
Screening and Analysis of Raw Material
One of the most important parts of a quality bed bath linen product
begins with our selection of the finest raw materials. Our yarn
procurement team begins this process by meticulously screening
materials to ensure that it meets our weight and length requirements.
Materials that do not meet the Pure Fiber Standard are immediately
rejected. After the screening process, samples of the material undergo
our analytical test for absorbency and an additional test for wet
strength. This wet strength enables us to ensure that the product will
maintain its shape and durability throughout a lifetime of washes.
These tests help ensure that we deliver high performing products to you.
Finishing - A Commitment to Quality, Efficiency and the Environment
Our products are made in a facility that holds the Global Organic
Textile Standards and Organic Exchange Certification. With the newest
weaving and warping technology at our disposal, our facility is capable
of producing 11,500 kg per day of products in various weight and
designs. Using new German and Belgium air jet technology, our equipment
is more energy efficient than the traditional loom. The equipment's
capability for fast and accurate loop formation enables us to decrease
wastage while increasing quality and durability. Our German designed
Eco-Master Fabric dying machine allows us to reduce both our energy
consumption as well as dye consumption, all while maintaining a high
quality standard on color. Throughout the finishing stages, our quality
control experts examine and test the products to ensure a consistency
of softness, absorbency and durability.
Packing and Delivering the Item to You
Our quality inspections do not end after the completion of the
products. Our finished product is once again randomly tested and
sampled by our quality assurance experts once it arrives in our United
States facilities. This is done to guarantee the same consistency of
quality so we can deliver to you the true Pure Fiber Experience.
Commitment to Social and Ecological Responsibility
Pure Fiber understands its responsibility to both our society and
environment. We do our part for the Earth by choosing all natural and
recycle materials for our products. However, Pure Fiber does not stop
there. All our decisions are made in mind with the environmental impact
to the Earth. We are constantly researching eco-friendly technologies
and finding new innovative manufacturing methods in order to reduce
energy and water consumption. Our energy efficient machines and
reactive dyes ensure that each step of the process has a minimal effect
on the Earth, making our footstep on the Earth as light as possible.
Also, in an effort to reduce waste, our seconds that don't meet the
high Pure Fiber Standards are collected rather than tossed away. These
seconds are then donate to the needy in our local communities and
charities. We believe that the environment and people are
interconnected and positively correlated, so when one does well so does
the other.
